Equipment Recommendations
There’s plenty of incredible exercise equipment out there that can be used for variety of purposes. No one piece of equipment is bad, per se, but it’s important to remember that each tool is designed for some specific function(s), and if used incorrectly can render exercise ineffective or even dangerous. It is best to utilize exercise equipment for its intended function unless otherwise instructed by a medical or fitness professional.
